We are a small animal practice in Stoke on Trent, first established over 50 years ago. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open six days a week and have access to 24-hour emergency care. For your added convenience, there’s free parking for clients at each of our surgeries.
Norah is well known as our long-serving and caring practice manager and is never far away when there are puppies being cuddled at the surgery. After several rescued Yorkshire Terriers, Norah now enjoys walks with her Border Terrier, Millie.
Dawn joined the team in 2003 as a receptionist and is now our reception team manager.
Dawn has a recue cat Millie who was found abandoned near our Cheadle surgery in 2006. Dawn enjoys meals out, socialising and spoiling her Grandson.
Joan joined the practice administration team in 1997. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and has two cats, Millie and Dottie and keeps rare breed hens.
Joe joined our administration team as an apprentice in 2013. He has since become a receptionist working at our Longton and Abbey Hulton surgeries. He has a Collie cross named Toby who was adopted from the Dogs Trust and a Leopard Gecko. In his spare time Joe enjoys traveling to new places, going to the cinema, walking and photography.
Mary has been a familiar face on our Cheadle reception since 2007. She has rescued many animals over the years including dogs, cats, rabbits and ducks. Mary has a passion for horses and on her days off she is kept busy helping out on her daughter’s successful dressage yard.
Hayley started working at Rogers, Brock and Barker as a receptionist in May 2015 and is usually based at our Longton surgery. She has two dogs, a Bichon Frise called Lola and a crazy Sprocker Spaniel called Willow. In her spare time, she enjoys going for nice long walks with her dogs and spending time with her family.
Cynthia is a familiar face on our Blythe Bridge reception. Cynthia has two rescue Cocker Spaniels, Archie and Dotty and three rabbits. She enjoys spending time with her family and days out with her Grandson.
Ann-Marie joined our reception team in 2017. She has a Jack Russell named Jack and in her spare time likes take him on long walks. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Alison joined the Rogers, Brock & Barker team as a receptionist in August 2017 and is mainly based at our Blythe Bridge surgery. She has a menagerie of 14 furries, which consist of three dogs, Anarla, Bailey and Todd, six cats, one of which she took home in her first week of working here! Three rabbits and her last two additions were two adopted guinea pigs. She enjoys spending her spare time with all of her animals, her two daughters and grandson.
Debbie joined the team in May 2016 and is mainly based at our Abbey Hulton surgery. At home Debbie has a Boxer named Reuben who she adores and enjoys taking him for long walks.
Ambulance Driver and Handyman
Peter joined the team in 2017 and is the man with the van. He helps to keep our four surgeries in tip top condition and will be seen out in the van assisting clients when needed. Peter has two dogs named Milly and Daisy, is a keen snooker player and has been known to hold a tune singing in local clubs and pubs.
Sue has been keeping our Longton surgery spic and span since 2014. She has a mad hatter Springer Spaniel called Maddie as well as seven rescue cats. Sue enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren, knitting and sewing.
